"We had a great experience with Heather as our buyers agent. We lived in Vegas and we were moving to Sun City West in Arizona. So it was difficult to come in every week to view homes. Heather would send us listings that was in our price range and we would view them. When we found some we liked, Heather would take her personal time to go view the homes for us. She would inspect the homes and send us videos with her professional opinions. It saved us a lot of trips to Phoenix to view homes and took up a lot of her time. When we did find a few homes we were interested in then we would make the trip in. She would set up the appointments for us to view the homes. It was during the sellers market and people were paying over the asking price. We did make a couple offers but got out bidded. We did find a house that we liked and wanted to put an offer in. I thought we needed to bid over the asking price since we already lost two bids. Heather went to work for us and contacted the sellers agent to find out how the listing was going. There wasn't much action going on and she recommended we offer the asking price. We wanted to offer more but she recommended offering the asking price. So we took her advice and they accepted the offer. She saved us of a lot of money with her knowledge of the market. During the process she contacted Tesla and was on the phone over one hour to get the solar panels transferred in our name. I believe that was our job but she went beyond her job to help us out. I never thought we needed a buyer agent to buy a house but so glad we found Heather to help in our experience. Now we are thinking of selling and will definitely be using her services.
